I created this UX research presentation for an interview task.

Developers often have difficulties and issues for debugging that are too challenging to reproduce.

Understanding the most important challenges that the developers of medical AI tools face and identifying the areas of improvements.

I developed a research plan that included clear objectives, timelines, and a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to gather comprehensive insights.

To ensure a user-centered approach, I 'recruited' participants representative of our target audience.
I conducted in-depth user interviews to explore their motivations, frustrations, and behaviors. I also created a survey using Microsoft Forms to gather broader feedback and identify patterns at scale.In parallel, I carried out contextual inquiries, observing users in their natural work environments.

I used affinity mapping to cluster themes, highlighted pain points, and identified opportunities. This hands-on analysis was supported by direct user quotes, giving voice to the people behind the data and grounding the findings in real experience.
I translated these insights into actionable design recommendations and next steps.
